We aim to ensure the best customer experience ever so we offer a 14 days money back guarantee, upon product receipt, if it is not to your liking for reasons attributable to us.
To be refund eligible, the item must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns after 14 days period from your goods receipt, so contact us as soon as possible and you will receive a refund or replacement if requested.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
How To Get A Refund
Fill in our contact form or send us an email to evenskin.store@gmail.com with your order number.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returned item without first requesting it will not be accepted.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some days to process and show your refund on your bank account.
Defective Items
If you have received defective or wrong goods, please contact us within 14 days from your order.
Remember to include the order number, some item photos and all references related to your receipt; so we will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible, in accordance with our money back guarantee.
Order Changes
If you change your order or shipping information within 24 hours of purchase, you will be free of charge.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will get a refund.
Since we ship the products as fast as possible, we cannot make any change once the parcel has left our warehouses.
